You will speak to a decision maker every time.

Within 15 minutes you will know if we can offer the funding or not. Our decision makers are available 7 days a week as well as outside normal office hours.

You will get an offer in principle within 30 minutes.

Following a conversation with a decision maker, if the proposition meets our criteria, you will receive outline terms within 30 minutes.

Your valuation will be instructed within 15 minutes of the fee being paid.

Within 20 minutes of the valuation fee being paid, it will be instructed. Expect a verbal figure within 24 hours of inspection and a formal valuation report within 48 hours.

Your solicitor will receive the legal pack within 2 hours.

Once we have instructed our solicitor, a legal pack will be sent within 2 hours. We do not request a legal cost undertaking and indemnity insurance is accepted, speeding up the process even further.

The funds are transferred to meet your deadline.

The funds can typically be drawn down within 5 working days of the application. Our streamlined lending process ensures the quickest possible completion time.

Introducers receive their commission by BACS transfer on the day of completion.

Introducers and brokers receive their commission payment on the day of completion by same day electronic transfer, at our cost.
